Portuguese wasp?

I'm having trouble identifying this wasp. My best guess is a Masaridae, maybe a Ceramius lusitanicus. Thanks for your help, Joaquim Gaspar Kisboa |

Now, I can see it. It is a Eumeninae and not a Masarine, probably belonging to the genus Euodynerus. Species ID is not possible, because in Spain and Portugal are many, similiar looking species. regards, Christian |
