Another larva from fungi, which were from mixed woodland in Bristol. Wondering if anyone could help narrow this down at all - would be much appreciated  The photo is the end of a scalpel, so fairly small. Edited by Cobbcamera on 20-11-2018 15:42 |

That looks like Platypezidae (Platypeza sp. or other genus). I collected one in an intermittent stream sample this fall. These guys feed between mushroom gills. |
