Identification Diptera Binocular
ehaefele
Hello,
I caught the following Diptera in pan traps in a buckwheat field for a scientific project from June to August.
Can anybody help me with the identification of family, genus or species if possible?

Thank you!
Eliana

Where did you collect the Chrysotus, somewhere in Europe? If the species has white setae on its fore coxa, then you are dealing with C. laesus. If not, then better send it over for a thorough examination perhaps.
