Diptera larva (Tabanidae, Tipulidae, Muscidae?)

Larva (around 9 mm) found in Nepenthes carnivorous pitcher plant, Peninsular Malaysia. Could this be something like Tabanidae, Tipulidae, Muscidae?

Looks closer to Ephydridae or similar family. Definitely no Tabanidae or Tipuloidea. |
