Another Extremadura fly this time with clear knee pads. About 5 mm, not measured, calculated. The habitat is dehesa with lots of broom in flower. Trujillo, Extremadura, Western Spain.

Looks like a female Phytomyzinae. Lots of species with similar colouration, so we may not be able to take it further from a photo.
