Labas rytas Gintautas, beautiful fly! I've checked it with "Die Raubfliegen Deutschlands", Wolff|Gebel|Geller-Grimm, and I'm quite sure it's C. gilva (hairs on scutum, scutellum, beard mostly black (not whitish) - we can see it very good on your photo). Eric is right with his conclusion but there is a little mistake in his explanation. The hairs on front scutum und the beard is mostly black which is typical for gilva.
